Since the matter pertains to the appointment on compassionate basis in the respondents No.1 & 2-establishment and the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) being notified under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, the jurisdiction to hear the matter relating to recruitment of the BSNL establishment would go before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal.

This Court for the said reason would not entertain a writ petition of the said nature. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy before the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal, the present writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Ved
