Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 04.11.2016 passed by the Family Court, Balod directing the applicant to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 2,000/- per month to non-applicant No.1, Rs. 1500/- each to non-applicants 2 & 3.

Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this petition would be served if direction is issued to the Family Court to decide the main case itself expeditiously. He submits that the applicant has already filed his

reply and undertakes to cooperate in the early disposal of the case before the family court.

Submission made by the applicant appears to be reasonable. The Family Court is directed to decide the main case itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the next date of hearing.

It would be the duty of the applicant to inform the court below about the passing of this order.

In the meanwhile, applicant to comply the interim order passed by the court below.
