This is second bail application u/s 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application and seeks a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial as the applicant is in jail since 25.10.2016.

As prayed, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, taking into consideration that the applicant is stated to be in jail since 25.10.2016, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial without there being unnecessary adjournments.
