Agrawal Order On Board 27/02/2017 (1) This review petition has been filed by the petitioner against the order dated 15.11.2016 passed in W.P.(227) No.968 of 2015. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court has directed the Family Court to conclude the maintenance proceeding expeditiously whereas by virtue of order dated 16.02.2016 passed by Division Bench in First Appeal (M) No.116 of 2014 and connected matters the proceeding under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. has also been finally concluded.

(3) Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that against

the order, SLP has been filed by the petitioner himself before the Supreme Court and as such there is no error apparent on the fact of the record.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the record, I do not find any legal error apparent on the face of the record in the order under review as this Court has only directed to expedite the maintenance proceeding and has not passed any order commenting on merits of the matter. The Principal Judge, Family Court is at liberty to decide the said proceeding strictly in accordance with law.
