Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 07/08/2015, the petitioner was transferred from Middle School Renpurkhurd, Block Pali, District Korba to Middle School, Andharikachhar, Block Korba,

District Korba, which she has executed and joined on 12/08/2015. Now by impugned order dated 30/12/2015, the State Government set aside the order of Collector holding that it has no jurisdiction and she has been transferred to new place, therefore, she may be allowed to make fresh representation before the State Government highlighting her grievances.

If the petitioner has made fresh representation before the State Government within a period of one week from today, the State Government is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of the representation.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for three weeks.
