1. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilha allowed the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner on 13.04.2021 and issued direction to concerned police authorities to register FIR and investigate the matter, thereafter, fixed the case for 27.04.2021. As such the matter is still pending.

2. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Magistrate and in-turn the Magistrate will ensure that the order passed by him is complied with.
