1. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that death cum retiral dues payable to the petitioner have not been released to her which she was entitled for on death of her Husband who died in harness on 17.04.2017.

2. Considering the peculiar nature of the case and also on perusal of records and finding that the claim of the petitioner till date has not been either considered or rejected by the respondents, ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1 &2 to ensure that death cum retiral dues payable to the petitioner is settled at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from today. It is ordered accordingly.
