Oral Order (30.01.2015) The petitioner through the instant petition challenges the order dated 23.1.2015 (Annexure P-1) whereby the services of the petitioner have been transferred from Primary Health Center, Nagarnar, Distt.

Bastar to Community Health Center, Geedam, Distt. Dantewada. 2.

Without entering into merits of the case, this Court feels that ends ofjustice would meet if the writ petition is disposed ofwith liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No.1 against the impugned order to be made within a period of one week from today and on such representation being made, it is expected that the State Government shall take decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.

With the above said observation, the instant Writ Petition stands disposed of.
