Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through The Collector, Bilaspur, (Chhattisgarh)
2. Tahsildar, Sakri, District Bilaspur, (Chhattisgarh)
3. Revenue Inspector Circle Sakri, Tahsil Takhatpur, District Bilaspur, (Chhattisgarh)
4. Halka Patwari, Village Ameri, Tahsil Sakri, District Bilaspur, (Chhattisgarh) ---- Respondents For Petitioner:
Mr. Sanjeev Sahu, Advocate For State:
Ms. Tripti Rao, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 12.02.2016 1.
The grievance of the Petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that inspite of the repeated approach of the Petitioner by moving application to the Respondents for demarcation of his property, the Respondent authorities are not showing their interest in demarcating his property. 2.
On the contrary, learned State Counsel opposing the Petition submits that Respondent No. 3 is present in the Court. She has specific instructions that the Petitioner has not produced certain documents which he was asked by the Respondent No. 3 so as to identify the said
property of the Petitioner for demarcating the same. 3.
The State Counsel further submits that she has instructions from Respondent No. 3 subject to the Petitioner providing the necessary documents demarcation shall be immediately conducted. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner accepts the same. Accordingly, at the mutual agreement of the parties the Petition is being disposed and the Petitioner is directed to approach Respondent No. 3 in his office on 1st March and at the same time the Petitioner shall also provide the necessary documents which are available and sought by Respondent No. 3 so as to carry out the demarcation part of the property.
5.
In the event, if the Petitioner furnishes all the requisite documents to Respondent No. 3, the necessary demarcation shall be carried out within a period of 3 months thereafter. 6.
With the aforesaid observation the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
