(1) Counsel for the respondents No. 3 & 4, on instructions of Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Raigarh, would submit that the petitioner will be paid compensation as per letter dated 7th September, 2017 issued by Deputy Registrar, Raigarh and the compensation will be paid @ 26,000/- per ₹ square meter.
(2) In view of that, counsel for the petitioner submits that no cause of action survives in the instant writ petition.
(3) Affidavit dated 29th August, 2017 is permitted to be withdrawn. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. However, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's case expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
