The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.67/2020 registered in Police Station -Ranchirai, District- Balod (CG) for alleged commission of offence under Sections 376 (2) (f), 450, 342 IPC, Sections 4, 5 (L), 5 (M), 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants, at this stage, seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.
