1. Prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he has been working on daily wage basis under the respondents since 1989 continuously and uninterruptedly except for a small artificial break.

3. Prayer of the petitioner is that in view of the circular of the State Government dated 05/03/2008 respondents may be directed to

consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization taking into consideration the past services that he has rendered.

4. Given the aforesaid contentions that the petitioner has made taking note of the fact that as per the contentions of the petitioner that he is working continuously with the respondents since 1989 onwards except for artificial break in between. Respondents are directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the circular dated 05/03/2008 and other circulars issued by the State Government in respect of regularization subsequent to 05/03/2008.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed off and respondents are expected to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
