The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.206/2020, registered at Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376

(2) (n) of IPC and Sections 5 & 6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
