1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been denied benefit of promotion to the post of Platoon Commander. Further grievance of the petitioner is that he has already been deprived of many of the allowances and benefits which the petitioner is otherwise legally entitled for as per rules.

2. Perusal of the records, it appears that the petitioner has not filed any representation so far as his claim for promotion and granting of allowances are concerned, till date and the petitioner straightaway

-2rushed to the Court by filing the present writ petition for the said claim. This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition, at this juncture, rather the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner for preferring a detailed representation supported with all relevant documents to the respondent no. 02. The respondent no. 02, who in turn shall decide the representation of the petitioner, keeping in view the amendments that has been brought to the Chhattisgarh Armed Executive Force (C.A.F), Constable (General Duty), Assistant Platoon Commander and Head Constable (Nursing) Trade Constable (Trained/Untrained) Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008. The authority would also consider the grounds that the petitioner would raise in his writ petition.

3. It is expected that respondent No. 02 shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the representation. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent No. 02 so far as the Order passed by this Court is concerned.
