Heard on application for modification of the order dated 19.01.2016, passed in M.Cr.C. No. 7790/2015.

The bail was granted in M.Cr.C. No. 7790/2015 by order dated 19.01.2016, wherein due to typographical mistake, the name of the applicant No.1 has wrongly been mentioned as Smt. Sameen Banjare but actually it should have been mentioned as Smt. Ramin Banjare. 3.

State counsel after verifying the records do not dispute the fact that the name of the applicant No.1 is Smt. Ramin Banjare. 4.

Accordingly, the name of the Applicant No. 1 in cause tittle be read as "Smt. Ramin Banjare" in place of Smt. Sameen Banjare, in the bail order dated 19.01.2016 in M.Cr.C. No. 7790 of 2015. 5.
