(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the gradation list for the post of Paricharak has been published in the year 01.04.2014 but the petitioners' name have not been entered in the said gradation list and therefore, they may be permitted to file representation before the respondents No.2 & 3 for redressal of their grievances.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioners are permitted to file representation before the respondents No.2 & 3. If such representation is made by the petitioners within two weeks from today, the said authorities shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioners.

(5) If the petitioners' grievances are not redressed, they will be at liberty to revive their petition.

(6) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities would be at liberty to decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.

(7) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
