This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to provide information. It appears that certain information sought by the petitioner has not been provided. The petitioner's remedy lie in filing appeal to the Appellate

Authority under RTI Act and then to approach the Information commission. The petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy of seeking relief prayed for, in this petition.
