make representation to respondent No. 2 for condoning shortage of attendance and to permit for appearing in the B.Ed. Examination.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Registrar, Surguja University for redressal of his grievances within a period of seven days from today and, in turn, the same shall be considered and decided sympathetically in accordance with law.
