The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.4 to take a decision on the application for demarcation of the land of the petitioner bearing Khasra Nos. 493/2, 497/10, 497/29 & 497/51 measuring 3.50, 0.16, 0.08 & 0.77 acres respectively situated at P.H. No. 09, R.I. Circle & Tahsil- Korba, District Korba. The application was filed by the petitioner somewhere in the year 2019 and the matter is still pending.

2. The limited relief sought by the petitioner is not opposed by the State

counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.4 to take a decision on the application for demarcation of the land of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
