Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to file representations before the competent authority for redressal of their grievances and direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioners are permitted to file representations before the competent authority. If such representations are made by the petitioners within 15 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
