Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an application before the respondents on 22.01.2019 for counter signature of stage carriage permit on the route Kanker to Durg and return, the application has remained pending without any decision.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed off as early as possible. 3.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner had moved such application, it should have been decided one way or the other. If it is not being done by now, the respondent authority should be directed to decide the matter within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
