(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that mother of the petitioner died in harness on 25.05.2014 while was working as Peon in Govt. Pre-Metric Tribal Girls Hostel, Baikunthpur and he is an adopted son of the deceased namely Budhmaniya Bai for which, the petitioner has made an application for appointment on compassionate ground, which has not been considered and decided

by respondent No.3 i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Korea and, therefore, direction may be issued to respondent No.3 to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and pass an appropriate order on application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned is free to decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law. (6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
