This is an application for restoration of MCC No.334 of

MCC No. 421 of 2019 2019, which was dismissed for want of prosecution of the Court order dated 18.04.2019.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and MCC No.334 of 2019 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund within a period of one week from today.

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid within a week, this order shall lose its efficacy.
