This is petition for extension of time for payment of cost of Rs.1000/- ordered vide order dated 27.11.2014 passed in M.C.C.No.893/2014. 2.

Cost has not been paid till today even after lapse of 5 months, which shows the reluctancy of the applicant.

Considering the valuable right of the applicant, which may be affected, application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.3000/- within 10 days from today. If further total cost of Rs.4000/- is paid to the High Court Legal Committee on or before the completion of 10 days from today, the F.A.(M)No.135/2012 be restored to its original number.
