1. The petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10. a) Setting aside the revised response to pre-bid queries, published on 01.07.2020 (Annexure P/2), later formalized by the revised amendment published on 01.07.2020 (Annexure P/1), and/ or, b) assail the validity of the response to pre-bid queries published on 30.06.2020 (Annexure P/5), later formalized vide amendment in the RFP Clause, published on 30.06.2020 (Annexure P/6) and/ or, c) direct the respondent authority to delete the requirement of Street Lights as stipulated under 9.6(3)(A)(c) under the definition of similar work, and/ or d) Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court."
2. We have heard Mr. Anumesh Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Mateen Siddique, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved herein with regard to challenge against Annexure P-2 dated 01-07-2020, whereby the earlier tender stipulation which was originally notified, but came to be revised as per the
proceeding dated 30-06-2020, has been restored, was the subject matter for consideration in WP(C) No. 1514/2020 and 1515/2020. The said matters were heard elaborately and we have pronounced the verdict today, whereby interference has been declined and the said writ petitions have been dismissed.
4. In these circumstances, we are of the firm view that the issue projected in this writ petition also stands covered by the ruling rendered by us in the abovesaid writ petitions. Accordingly, interference is declined and the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the judgments passed in WP(C) No. 1514/2020 and 1515/2020. Sd/- Sd/- (P.R.
