1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein alleging noncompliance of this Court's order dated 22.12.2015 passed in W.P.S. No. 4952 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that this Court has passed an order on 22.12.2015 directing the Pension Committee authority to decide the case of the petitioner with regard to pension in accordance with law and pursuant to which the State Government has passed the order dated 28.06.2016, as such no case is made out for contempt.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands finally disposed off. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 28.06.2016 in accordance with law.
