Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 16.05.2018 Counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty that he may be permitted to avail the recourse of making a representation to the respondents. He says that some of representations of the petitioner are still pending consideration before the Authorities. 2.
In view of the same, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a fresh representation for redressal of his grievance which the authority concerned will consider strictly in accordance with the rules applicable.
