(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal before respondent No.4 i.e. Collector, Mahasamund within two weeks from today.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to prefer an appeal before respondent No.4 i.e. Collector, Mahasamund. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law and on its own merit preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of appeal of the petitioner along with copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
