(5) Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicants, the M.C.C. No.487/2018 is allowed and the Writ Petition (C) No. 1987 of 2014, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the court order dated 03.01.2014 is restored to its original number.
