(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the grievance raised in this petition by the petitioner is that appeal/representation is pending since 20.02.2015 before respondent No.2 i.e. Director General of Police, Raipur and as the same has not been considered and decided by the said authority till this date and therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending appeal/representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
