This petition has been preferred on behalf of Nagar Panchayat, Gaurela, however, the President Smt. Shakila Begam has signed the affidavit and not the Chief Municipal Officer of the Nagar Panchayat, who is the Principal Executive Officer of the body corporate. 2.

In view of the above, the petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the Nagar Panchayat, Gaurela, to prefer a duly constituted writ petition.
