Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application for issuance of license for practicing Ayurvedic medicine under the Chhattisgarh State Upcharyagriha Tatha Rogopchar Sambandhi Sthapanaye Anugyapan Adhiniyam, 2010 which is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 since 17.08.2017 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's said application expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
