Learned State counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent. 4.
At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the Applicant that since the trial is pending for about 10 years before the Juvenile Justice Board and looking to the long pendency, the Court below may be directed to expedite the matter and dispose of the case as early as possible. No submission has been made on behalf of the Respondent in this regard. 5.
To demonstrate the aforesaid facts, order-sheets dated 11.5.2006, 18.2.2015 and 12.3.2015 only were filed. However, since this is a matter of the year, 2006, it requires speedy trial under the law. 6.
On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits. The Court below is directed to dispose of the
matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the next date of hearing.

The Applicants may file a copy of this order before the Court below for compliance.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Court below through usual and fax mode for compliance.

The Applicant is also directed to cooperate with the trial as expected under the law.
