(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father died on 16.09.2014, mother has already died on 06.09.2012 and the petitioner is jobless dependent unmarried daughter of deceased namely Pranab Kumar Dutta for which, she has made representation before respondent authorities for grant of family

pension, which has not been considered and decided till this date. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of forty-five days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation if any before the concerned authority for redressal of her grievance.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
