Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/05/2018 Heard.

The only limited grievance raised through this petition is that the petitioner's departmental appeal against an order of penalty of dismissal from service, has remained pending since 29.06.2016 and therefore, a direction has been sought for earlier disposal.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the appeal of the

-2petitioner shall be decided as early as possible. 3.

Considering the submission, at this stage, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending but to dispose off the petition with the direction to respondent to decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
