The Present MCC has been filed seeking modification to the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in W.P.S. No. 2583 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that address of the petitioner and the address of the respondent No. 03 has been wrongly got typed.

According to the petitioner, he is in fact working as Guest Faculty at the Government Naveen College, Chirko, Block & District: Mahasamund (C.G) whereas inadvertently, it has been got typed as Government M.V.P.G. College, Mahasamund, District: Mahasamund (C.G).

Likewise, the address of the petitioner also has got wrongly typed. He prays for suitable modification in this regard. This aspect is not disputed by the State counsel subject to the verification of the same by the concerned authority from the service record of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the Order dated 09.04.2019 passed in W.P.S No. 2583 of 2019 stands modified. The address of the petitioner shall be read as " Diksha Gajendra, D/o-Shri Tukeshwar Gajendra, Aged about 23 years, Occupation: Guest Faculty (Commerce) at Govt. Naveen College, Chirko, Block & District: Mahasamund, (C.G.)" and the address of the Respondent No. 03 shall be read as " Principal, Government Naveen College, Chriko, Block and District: Mahasamund, (C.G.)" instead of what is reflected

in the Cause Title of the said order and the MCC, thus stands allowed and the order dated 09.04.2019 stands modified. The Registry is directed to place a copy of this Order as a part of record, passed in W.P.S No. 2853 of 2019. SD/- Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Rahul
