Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application, however makes a prayer that trial court be directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is directed that the trial court should ensure that trial proceeds at the earliest and statement of complainant is also recorded at the earliest. The applicant is also at liberty to revive the bail application after the complainant is examined.
