1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.154/2015, registered at Police Station Chhura, Distt. Gariyaband, for the offence punishable under Sections 386 read with Section 34 and 419 of the IPC.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, considering the evidence available and taking into account the fact that the trial has already commenced and only few witnesses remain for examination, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicants.
