(2) For non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner's writ petition was dismissed by the office vide Office note dated 05.12.2016.
(3) Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the petitioners, M.C.C. No. 164 of 2017 is allowed and the Writ Petition No. 932/2004, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the court order dated 25.10.2016 is restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Aid Committee.
