To which, counsel for the respondents have no objection.

(2) Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the representation dated 25.01.2017 of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
