1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 09.04.2019 passed in WPS No. 2569/2019.

2. The modification sought is to the extent that the surname of the petitioner has been wrongly got typed as "Soni" whereas, it is "Sori, and therefore, prays for a suitable modification.

3. The said request is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The name of the petitioner shall be hereinafter read as "Prem Lal Sori S/o Shri Goverdhan Sori" instead of Prem Lal Soni S/o Goverdhan Soni".on

5. Let a copy of this order be made part of records of WPS No. 2569/2019.
