The grievance of the petitioner is that the land, infront of the house of the petitioner, has been encroached by respondent No.5. According to the petitioner, he is encroacher on Government land, information has been submitted before the Revenue Authorities including Collector also, but till date, no enquiry has been made. 2.
Learned State counsel submits that the complaint of the petitioner shall be examined by Tehsildar in accordance with law. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed off with direction that the allegation of encroachment shall be examined and appropriate enquiry shall be made
in the matter and thereafter, order in accordance with law shall be passed by the Competent Authority/ Tehsildar within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
