After hearing learned counsel for the parties, order dated 09.07.2015 is hereby recalled and following order is passed - 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application was earlier

rejected on the ground of non-issuance of environmental clearance. The environmental clearance has now been granted. The authority, therefore, may be directed to consider his application for grant of environmental clearance in the changed circumstances.

The matter relating to grant of lease requires fresh look as the environmental clearance, as stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, has been granted. The authority may review earlier decision of rejection and pass appropriate orders as early as possible preferably within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
