30/07/2021 Mr. Vivek Bhakta, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Gagan Tiwari, Advocate for the respondent No.3. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that respondents have since complied with the order to the extent of releasing the amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.2,20,52,494. Counsel for the applicant submits that the interest part however has not been finalized and settled. Be that as it may, since substantial compliance of compensation has already been disbursed, the contempt part as such stands dropped. So far as the interest part of the amount is concerned, the rights of the petitioner stands reserved for availing appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
