1. Though the petitioner has assailed legality and validity of the demand notice for payment of tax issued under Section 16 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991, in view of appeal provided under Section 20 thereof, I am not inclined to entertain the petition as there exists alternative remedy. No extraordinary grounds have been raised warranting indulgence of this Court without insisting on exhaustion of alternative remedy of appeal.
