Looking to the nature of grievance ventilated through this petition, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending.

In the matter of appeal against orders dated 06.06.2011 & 12.07.2011 passed by the Commissioner, an order has been passed by the Appellate Committee on 30th of October, 2014 directing the Commissioner to reexamine the matter afresh. 3.

The petitioner has filed this petition for a limited direction to the Commissioner to

decide the matter as early as possible.

It is found that the Appellate Committee passed the order on 30th of October, 2014 and more than 10 months have elapsed. Considering this circumstance, all that can be done at this stage is to direct the Commissioner of the Corporation to decide the matter in the manner directed by the Appellate Authority as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
