2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Chief Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur be directed to be decided the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously.
3. Be that as it may, the Chief Conservator of Forest, Bilaspur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order on behalf of the petitioner on merits.
