2. Shri Hemchand Jangde S/o Late Reshamlal Jangde R/o Janata House No.1, Indrawati Colony, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. (Since Original Defendant No.2- Resham Lal Jangde Expired In The Meantime, Respondent No.2 Has Been Impleaded In His Place) ---- Respondents For Petitioner - Shri Vivek Chopda, Advocate Order On Board 12/08/2015 Heard.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose off suit on early date. It is submitted that suit is pending since 2009. 2.
After going through the order sheets, it is found that all the parties have taken adjournment including the petitioner himself. However, all endevour should be made by the Trial Court to decide the suit as early as possible. 3.
Considering that it is pending since 2009, the trial Court shall not grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

In case, suit is not decided within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition. 5.
