The applicant was found guilty of having committed the offence under section 34 (I)(A) of Chhattisgarh Excise Act and sentenced her till rising of the Court with fine of Rs. 5000. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the fine amount has already been deposited by the applicant and nothing remains to be adjudicated and the revision has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
