The grievance of the petitioner is that the Appellate Authority passed an order in Revenue case No. 376/A-6/2013-14 and Respondent No.4 is not supplying necessary information in that regard.

Learned Counsel for State Information Commission appears and submits that in such cases of non-compliance, the petitioner has a remedy provided under Section 20 of the RTI Act to seek appropriate directions from the Information Commission. He further submits that Information Commission is competent to pass appropriate order of penal nature to ensure compliance of the nature. 3.
In view of the aforesaid submission and the availability of remedy available to the petitioner, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Information Commission.
